Cut vinyl transfers that take a beating.

Solid-colour graphics cut from hard-wearing vinyl and heat-pressed on. The go-to for names, numbers and simple logos on sports kit, teamwear and workwear — bold, crisp and tough as they come. No minimums.

When a design is one or two solid colours — a name, a squad number, a simple logo — cut vinyl is hard to beat. Each shape is precision-cut from a sheet of coloured vinyl, weeded by hand, then heat-pressed onto the garment. No print, no screens: just clean, bold colour that's built to survive training sessions, match days and industrial washes. It's the finish you'll spot on nearly every football shirt, for good reason.

What makes cut vinyl different.

Simple, solid and seriously tough. Here's how cut vinyl goes onto the garment — and what it's best at.

Artwork printed in full colour onto DTF film

Cut, weeded and pressed on.

Your design is cut from a sheet of solid-colour vinyl by a precision blade, the excess is weeded away by hand, then each piece is heat-pressed onto the garment so it fuses with the fabric — crisp, sharp edges and a proven, hard-wearing bond.

Specials a printer can't touch.

This is where vinyl pulls ahead of DTF: metallic, holographic, glitter, fluro and reflective finishes that print simply can't reproduce. Perfect for standout kit, hi-vis lettering and eye-catching one-offs.

Bold, solid colour.

Vinyl lays down rich, consistent colour with clean, defined edges — bold blocks of a single tone that look sharp from across a pitch and don't fade in the wash.

Best for names, numbers & simple logos.

Cut vinyl shines on one or two-colour designs — squad numbers, player names, lettering and simple logos. For photos or lots of colours, DTF is the better fit.
